A Model Of Semantic Web Service Discovery Based On Three-tier Matching

Web service discovery is a process that the service requestors search the service their required in the different Web services.Due to the traditional Web service discovery based on keywords exists defects such as low recall rate,low precision rate and so on,it is becoming a research hotspot that semantic is introduced to Web service discovery.However,at present,in the majority of study,researchers only concern about the function property matching in Web service discovery,and don't consider of the non-functional property which includes basic description property and quality property.At the same time,the method that they used mostly is the hierarchical matching algorithm in which matching granularity is bigger.In this paper,for the above problems,the Web service description language,the Web service matching method and the semantic Web service discovery model are researched for improving the process of semantic Web service discovery.First of all,OWL-S is used to add semantic to Web service.Due to Web service description language(WSDL) is empty of semantic,OWL-S is employed to describe Web service,and quality properties are added by utilizing OWL-S's scalability.Secondly,the three-tier matching of semantic Web service is realized.The query operations of relation database are used to achieve Web service function property matching;the sentence similarity algorithm is applied to realize Web service basic description property matching;the algorithm of numerical similarity and the algorithm of interval distance degree are employed to come true Web service quality property matching.Thirdly,a model of semantic Web service discovery based on three-tier matching is proposed.Because of the matching method in model of Web service discovery based on OWL-S has some defects,a model of semantic Web service discovery based on three-tier matching is proposed,which not only achieves function property matching, but also realizes basic description property matching and quality property matching.Finally,the model of semantic Web service discovery based on three-tier matching is verified.The model's feasibility and practical value is verified by an example of querying travel hotel information.
