Research On The Design Of Intellectual Property Service System Based On Service Design

With the rapid development of China's intellectual property industry,the number of patent applications ranked first in the world for eight consecutive years,At present,the development of intellectual property services is unbalanced and the conversion rate of scientific research achievements is not high.Both the government and enterprises are actively exploring an innovative service mode to cope with the constantly upgraded and developing intellectual property market.In the Internet environment,it is urgent for the intellectual property industry to explore a new service model,improve the service experience of the intellectual property industry,focus on service design and user experience,and use design to better serve the intellectual property market.The paper has analyzed the development status of intellectual property at home and abroad,puts forward the construction of intellectual property service platform based on service design methods and principles,and USES service design tools to guide design practice,so as to build intellectual property commercialization transaction and transform it into a core intellectual property service platform.First,based on the analysis of the current situation of intellectual property development,it is concluded that the conversion rate of scientific research is not high and there are few intellectual property service platforms.Secondly,the service design methods,tools,processes and principles are analyzed.The user journey diagram,customer journey diagram and service blueprint are drawn to disassemble and analyze the user contacts in the intellectual property service system.Thirdly,the development status of intellectual property service platform at home and abroad was summarized,the design elements of intellectual property service platform were obtained,and the design positioning of intellectual property service system based on service design was proposed,that is,the closed loop of scientific research,capital and market industry was constructed,covering the whole industrial chain platform of intellectual property service.Finally,the design practice of "zhizhi" intellectual property service system was carried out to verify the above theoretical analysis and research,and the digital products of "zhizhi" intellectual property service system were output to verify the feasibility.
