The rolling bearing is extremely widespread in industry application.Some of them are essential equipments in industry and manufacture.It is very important that research,develop and apply the monitor and analyze of the vibrations in reality.It not only ensures the overall machine running safely and effectively,but also avoids the economic loss and the disastrous accident.It is an important research on development of industry and technology today.According to the defect of rolling beating monitor such as lack of real time processing and movement.This article proposed applies the embedded system technology and the wireless transmission technology in the rolling bearing monitor. The paper apply the theoretical analysis and the experiment designs and completed these work:Fistly,introduced the key technologies on wireless communication signal processing and low power.Secondly,designed the wireless communication and the signal processing electric circuit.Lastly,developed the system overall construction and each sub-function module.According to the electric circuit and the testing of the system,the contents of the text include that:(1) The deep research of the inspection theory and inspection affection has been done by using the technology of resonant demodulation and the frequency spectrum through the research of the fault mechanism and the inspection technique.(2) The architecture of the inspection system has been designed,including the pretreatment vibration signal,hardware and High-speed digital signal acquisition software designing.(3) There has been designed high speed and steady wireless transmission module.It avoided the tedious wiring.It is convenient for monitoring overall machine. Base on the result or the primitive monitor signal to PC.It could realize more exhaustive online or off-line analysis and processing.(4) Power consumption of the monitoring system to analyze,design a feasible method to achieve low-power about hardware and software,reach the uA level.(5) Test the hardware and software of the system,expatiates the problems encountered in debag,and give some solutions relevant.
