In the process of equipment operation,a large number of data will be generated.To some extent,these data can reflect whether the equipment is in good condition,but discrete,unprocessed data can not judge the operation status of the equipment at all.How to extract key information from a large number of historical data and predict and diagnose the operation status of equipment is the key to maintain the equipment beforehand and ensure the efficient operation of equipment.Therefore,based on the historical data of equipment operation,this dissertation puts forward the research topic of the prediction and diagnosis method of NC machining center operation status,effectively predicts equipment operation status and fault early warning,and provides valuable information for equipment maintenance work.Firstly,this dissertation extracts and preprocesses the key information of the collected equipment operation history data,selects the equipment operation parameters to construct the multi-dimensional time series prediction model,searches the similarity of the multidimensional time series through the idea of window sliding,obtains the maximum similarity set of the operation state,and uses cluster analysis and the measurement of the equipment state model to analyze the difference degree,and obtains the prediction.The optimal similarity sequence of equipment running state is used to complete the equipment state prediction.In order to realize the fault diagnosis of equipment according to the running state of equipment,the weighted fuzzy Petri net principle is used to infer the probability of equipment fault occurrence,the relationship between weighted fuzzy Petri net and rule production is constructed,the reasoning algorithm of equipment fault is constructed,and the structure of weighted fuzzy Petri net is established.Matrix calculation is carried out to obtain the confidence of the cause of the fault,and the reasoning process of the equipment fault is completed.Finally,the system of running state prediction and fault diagnosis of CNC machining center is developed.The system is applied in CNC machining center of enterprises,which provides technical support for the effective and stable operation of equipment,and also verifies the effectiveness of this topic.
