In order to cooperate with the headquarters in the realization of the ERP project in the branch, according to the fact of the system of weighing metrology in the branch, Researching developping and executing MIS of alumina product Weighing metrology synchronistically.Firstly, the thesis introduces the current status of the weighing metrology management about alumina product materials and the research and development in the management of alumina product Weighing metrology at Home and Abroad; Secondly, the thesis provides the overall plan of system designing, it makes full use of the existing network resources in the branch, it builds the software system by the mixed structure of B/S and C/S.The MIS mainly realizes the following researching and developing content:(1) According to the ERP requirement from the headquarters, the MIS realize that Weighing and Measurement data upload to SAP system in real-time. So that the materials and sales business in ERP system in the headquarters form a closed loop, the mistakes and loopholes are avoided, the efficiency of the weighing metrology and material flow in the branch are raised.(2) The MIS realize the weighing metrology data collection automatically. It ensures the safety and reliability of the metrology data. It has the function providing the real-time dynamic material data querying and statistical metrology data to the inner administrative department in the branch. It completes the sharing real-time metrology data.(3) It applies the systems integration with software about the real-time data acquisition of Weighing metrology, anti-cheating hardware in every weighing measuring places, hardware about car number identification and entry automatic, video monitoring facilities.The Development and research for MIS of Al₂O₃ product Weighing metrology improve the out-dated situation of Weighing and Measurement in the branch, it promotes quality and efficiency of the work, keeps the Weighing metrology data consistency, speeds up the process of enterprise informatization.
