Video Monitoring System is an advanced use of modern computer technology, Stable high-speed communication technologies and ease of transmission of digital video technology in one integrated system. Develop a set of video application software based on C / S management model to support management of IP multicast and hardware devices on the system of selection and IP multicast transmission method is to plan. And be successful applied to IP Multicast Technology in Jilin Province Highway Video Monitoring System successful.
