Research And Implementation Of The Video Monitoring System Of Highway

As the stretch of the human's vision,the video monitor technology was widely used in safety-defense . the public monitor and so on. The video monitor technology was used in highway'supervision in order to suit the demand of managing the highways effectively.At first, the development and the status quo of the video monitor technology were narrated in this paper.A summary for each generation's characteristic and their in point position were given.This paper introduced the correlative technology that would be used in video monitor system,such as video coding and decoding , multimedia network architecture and the Qos of the video monitor network.Afterwards,the scheme of the highway video monitor system's network organization and the hiberarchy of the network were discussed here. Two schemes were synthesized,and the appropriate one was choosed considering the actuality. According to the chosen scheme,the topology of the monitor network was established.Considering the design aim of the highway video monitor system,this software was devided into several modules, the main modules was analyzed and designed with UML modeling language based on the requirement model.Lastly, the software environment developing tools and relative hardware that development depended on were narrated here.The work mode and main functions of this system,including implementations of these functions were introduced.In conclusion, a clear thought for developing the highway video monitor system was given,with the OOSE (Object Oriented Software Engineer) and UML modeling language in development,this would be helpful for developing other similar systems.
