| With the circulation of the wheel of time, China has entered the aging society;chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease began to invade people born in thefifties and sixties. The existing hospital medical services are very limited and can notmeet the people’s increasing demand of chronic medical services. In recent years, thenumber of total ownership of intelligent mobile phones in our country has sharplyincreased, and is more than360million by the end of2012. This provides the conditionof implementing telemedicine system based on intelligent mobile phone.The purpose of this thesis is to research and implememt the secure transmission ofthe remote health care system. The remote health care system is mainly composed ofthree parts: Linux-based collection device, Windows-Mobile-based smartphone, andWindows-based guardianship server. The communication lines in the system includetwo parts: the Bluetooth communication between the collection device and thesmartphone; the wireless communication between the guardianship server and thesmartphone.In these two communication lines, there are data integrity, confidentiality, andauthentication and anti-repudiation problems. It costs high if we rely solely on the PKIto achieve the communications security of the system, so we designed a securetransmission solution, which will enhance the security of the whole system:1. Designed a series of structure to encapsulate data by analyzing the data to betransferred.2. Studied how to implement Bluetooth communication, and to ensure dataintegrity by adding packet sequence number and checksum of data packets tobe transfered.3. Studied how to achieve the GPRS wireless communication, and to ensure thedata integrity and confidentiality of the wireless communication, by addingpacket sequence number and checksum, and encrypting data. Added digitalsignature and certificate authentication function to meet the demand forauthentication and anti-repudiation of wireless communication. Experiments show that the solution, which integrates loss retransmission protocolwith packet check technology, can effectively solve the problem of packet loss and theresidual packet in Bluetooth transmission. For wireless data transmission securityissues of remote health care system, we designed a secure communication solutionwhich is based on data check and hybrid encryption. Data validation and symmetricencryption function testing results show that this solution is effective. |
