KRP is an abbreviation for Knterprise Resources Planning. KRP system is a highly integrated information system based on advanced enterprise management concept, which is a set of software system to reasonably integrate functions such as finance, procurement, sales, production, stocking etc.The coding system is KRPN foundation, which runs through all the processes from preparing data to carrying out on-line, running and advancing. Its rationality of design will directly influence the effect of MRP application, even success or failure. The coding system loaded down with trivial details and too much redundancy will make MRP system unable to bear the heavy load: the coding system being not exclusive may result in overstock or shortage of products, raw materials and supplementary materials: the unclear and impractical coding system will let the advancing of MRP become more and more difficult. The coding system with poor extensiveness will turn KRP system into an obstacle of the enterprise development. Thus, whether buying commercial KRP software or entrusting its development to a software company, the design of coding system is one of the very important links in the process of applying KRP in an enterprise.Kor the particularity of this industry, there are some difficult points in the informationi/ation of KRP in enterprises producing natural gas and NGI.. which is detailed as follows:1) The incomplete determinacy of attributions of instruments, equipment and materials.2) The switching of production and marketing contracts.3) The accurate drawing up of the demand of instruments, equipment and materials (MRP).4) The return and gathering of production actual cost. Above mentioned difficulties are invariably closely bound up with the coding of instruments, equipment and materials, so coding of instruments, equipment and materials is the most critical, most important part in coding work.The coding for instruments, equipment and materials is in order to achieve a better adaptation the requirement of informationization management, so this work must obey the rule of simpleness. easytouse and adaptation for informationization. ami is convenient for operator to do practical work. Since code is required to be exclusive and can not be modified after coding, the finished code must be guaranteed to be exclusive and general. Furthermore, when coding, we must abide by simple and convenient rules for practical operation and incarnate other information by classification of instruments, equipment and materials, groups of instruments, equipment and materials, code of products.Sectorization of quantity attributes is a very important preparative step for coding of instruments, equipment and materials. If we sector span of attributes into unoverlaid sections and map discrete data of data span into these sections, some significative sections may be overlooked because distinct sectoring will exclude some potential elements near certain sectors. Alternately, if we sector span of attributes into overlaid sections, elements near borders may simultaneously lie in two sectors: since such elements contribute these two sectors at the same time, the function of these elements may be overstressed. which results in overstressed meaning of some sectors. Therefore, the following three factors should be balanced when doing sectorization. (1) matter of minimum crudity (2) matter of minimum supporting rate (3) matter of self-adaptingThere are two aims to take fuzzy technology to treat data of instruments, equipment and materials: one is to reduce quantity of data to be treated, the other is basing on the fact that fuzzy expression is convenient to use human expert knowledge. Clustering technology can group data and determine grade according to maximum similarity in the same class and minimum similarity between different classes.Fuzzy clustering method has a better connotation and efficacy than traditional fuzzy equivalency relations. Application fuzzy clustering method in coding scheme of instruments, equipment and materials, code of products shows that such method is desirable and practical. To examine feasibility of this method.
