Improving Green Rating By The Reconstruction Of The TV Program Evaluation System

The paper starts its argument with the abuses brought by "Program is everything" in today's domestic television industry. Based on the developing model and current status of TV program evaluation system from home and abroad, it develops its point of the most-discussed "green rating" concept and the necessity and possibilities of the reconstruction of a "green rating" TV program evaluation system, and puts forward personal strategy analysis on such reconstruction.Guided by the theories developed in across subjects such as mass communication, sociology, management science and statistics, the paper collects masses of previous statistics and thoroughly conducts research on how to reconstruct the TV program evaluation system and create green rating.The author, strict about study, has contributed this article after combining rich previous works and profound study over domestic TV evaluation system. She also puts forward constructive ideas and suggestions on the development of a "green" TV program evaluation system in her paper which beneficially supplements nowadays' media assessment research.
