Development On Mineral Information Management System Of Heilongjiang Province

The information management of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas, which goes with the whole process of surveying, arranging, managing and protecting mineral resources as well as utilizing mineral resources properly, is an important foundation of managing land resources. While applying modernized database and GIS system to establish"the information management system of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas of Heilongjiang Province"and to realize informitionizing of the attributes data and graphics data of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas, can prevent weaknesses efficiently that for the mineral government offices and mineral exploration organizations it is hard to master exploration data adequately and precisely; it can further strengthen the management of information of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas—which realize dynamic management of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas of intra-province and supply comprehensive and detailed basic information that serve for mineral resource exploration layout and mineral resource exploration strategic arrangement research.This thesis that bases on geographic information system and aimed at the management situation of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas, applying the data and information in the system of information management of Heilongjiang province geologic work situation and mining rights that has finished by Heilongjiang provincial geologic survey research organization, has established information database of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas, has researched and developed the information management system. The MDB format of Microsoft Access is adopt to data's attribute, vector graphics in MAPGIS software is applied to graphics of database and the JPG format is adopt to image warehouse. On the basis of that,applying the Visual Basic system software, it has developed a feasible information management system of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas. Its main specialty is that it can make independency analysis of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas respectively, also can make dependency analysis of them related to mining rights—to inquire according to exploration areas mine-found and mine-non-found and the chief exploration areas mine-found, and provide a basic evidence for mining rights transfer. The main menu consists of six modules: inquire module, graphics display module, text and graphics display module, cards output module, statistics analysis module and graphics output sink module, which can accomplish functions such as inquiring, displaying with graphics or with text and graphics information of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas, and outputting the outcome inquired with cards, statistics analyzing the inquired results, creating report forms, outputting the charts and so on.The system provides basic foundation for information management of mineral exploration degree and mineral producing areas and macrocosmic arrangement of vicinal geologic work, also provides important referenced information for geologic exploration organizations to select exploration mining areas and make investment decision and transfer mining rights.
