With the rapid development of network, it has become the primary means of information transmission in government systems and enterprises. Government's office systems transmit important information of the country, how to ensure the security of the information which transferred in the network has become one of the most important things must be considered in the government's informationization construction.The traditional file transfer always uses C/S structure, which is not conducive to the system's expansion and upgrading, while increases the client's maintenance work, but uses the B / S structure may solve the above problem very well.This article has designed and implemented a safety, easy-to-use, B / S structure of the encrypted computer communications systems which based on the FTP protocol and encryption technology. ePass1000ND hardware equipment and encryption technology has used to realize the status authentication when user login, the CAST-256 cryptographic algorithms has used to ensure the security of the file in transfer process. Comprehensive utilization of network communications, database, encryption, Web and COM technology, it provides a channel to send sensitive data for the government's office system, it also provides the receiving and dispatching document, audit, log queries and user management functions for mobile and fixed office system.As a result of using B / S structure, users only need standard browser can access this system, so this design can be used as an alternative plan of government emergency mobile systems.
