| Information security is an important component of national security. Information security emergency response is a significant way of ensuring the safety of information systems. Based on researching the emergency response standards and related techniques, this paper has the emphases on analyzing and studying the application of the state specifications of emergency response plan for information security. The main points of this paper are as follow:1. According to working over information security emergency response related standards and organizations, this article expatiates the present situation of the emergency response standards in and out of China, and points out some suggestions about the future research approach.2. The thesis particularly analyzes the background of accomplishing the state specifications of emergency response plan for information security, establishes the state specifications of emergency response plan for information security, introduces its major content, indicates the relationship between the emergency response plan and the other information security standards, and specifies its practical significance.3. The article researches the connection of handling the information security incidents and the emergency response plan, drafts out the state information security incident handling, generally discusses the universal course of dealing with incidents by giving a real demonstration, and sums up the next research points.4. On the basis of showing the background and the content of the standard's publicizing guidelines, it puts forward applied process concerning working out effective emergency response plan, and emphasizes several problems which need us pay attention to during its applications and the needed conditions.5. According to Information security technology - Specifications of emergency response plan for information security, it gives the information security emergency response plan of XiDian University. |
