Application Of Iterative Development In The Man-machine Interface Development Of Mobile Phone

For solving the software crisis, software developers have invented many excellent software development processes. Each software developer should study and master some modern software development processes. However, how to master them rapidly and using them effectively have became a big problem for many developers when facing so many software development processes.Iterative development is the basis of the modern software development. The researches on it would help software developers not only master RUP quickly but catch on other software development processes deeply.On the background of the project of some company's mobile phone's man-machine interface developing, this paper focuses on the application of the iterative development in the mobile phone's idle interface developing, which using RUP as its development process. The iterative implementation of the project's requirement workflow, analysis workflow, design workflow, implementation workflow and test workflow are described in detail, and also an iterative development example which using iterative development in a small software development project is provided in this paper.In the sum-up, this paper puts forward a thought of cutting RUP and using it the in medium & small software development.
