With the falling of computing cost, as well as the shrink of microprocessor's volume, "smart dust"--the scientists'dream gradually become a reality. Future large-scale, high-dynamic, highly mobile micro-sensor networks will have broad application prospects in national defense and military, environmental monitoring, urban management, daily life and so on. The introduction of mobile nodes expands the network applications, but also brings technical challenges. So unfold study of mobile sensor network topics will be of important significance.Movement control policy is the key factor to ensure the effective information transfer in mobile sensor network, which can provide basic topology protection for the overall network communications.Layered movement control policy design scheme can guarantee effectively transmit when sensor nodes in fixed or mobile mode, not only applies to fixed sensor nodes'collecting mode, but also for the future mobile nodes of "smart dust" type, having a widely applying value and studying significance.In this paper, we propose a movement control policy of Fusion node based on the limitary voronoi division: afer initial random deployment, adopt Fusion nodes to produce limitary voronoi division. Each Fusion node dominates a voronoi region, respectively designing the node's movement policy. In conjunction with the regional division and the collection of blind spots algorithm design the Fusion nodes'regional movement path. Limiting Fusion node move through its dominated voronoi regional and locally receive information of S nodes, can reduce the maintenance expenses of transmission path, fall the impact of S nodes'mobility and ensure the reliability of transmission. Based on the collection of blind spots algorithm, the network can achieve higher coverage to ensure the reliability of data collection. Then propose a hierarchical clustering algorithm to achieve coordinating control to the movement of Fusion nodes, resolve the overlapping collection problem of adjacent regional nodes, eliminating collecting redundancy and improving network survival period. Based on the realization of algorithm, we carry out the network simulation with NS-2 software. Simulation experiments show that movement control policy can be satisfactorily resolved the network instability and higher fraction of data loss as a result of multi mobile nodes. Only layout a small number of Fusion nodes, the network can receive a higher coverage and lower data loss rate, and is very suitable for large-scale wireless sensor networks.
