Wireless sensor networks with its nodes are mobile is the future direction ofdevelopment of sensor network. Lots of multi-layers sensor nodes are deployed in theenvironment to be monitored. Layers nodes have different network tasks according totheir size of its function. The information transmission between the general perceptionof nodes and fusion nodes with data collection becomes an important research focusin the field. Currently, traditional fixed sensor nodes’ collecting mode is just apply tostatic sensor nodes, while it not suitable to dynamic data collection. Combined withthe future development direction, constructing dynamically the fusion node movingroute for collecting and processing real-time sensing information, that not only appliesto fixed sensor nodes’ collecting mode, but also for the future mobile nodes of "smartdust" type. This policy can assure the reliability and validity of network transmissionand have a widely applying value and studying significance.Under the new multi-tier mobile sensor network architecture, this paperresearched the effective information transmission theory and key technologies forMulti-layer mobile WSN—the movement control policy of mobile Fusion nodes. Themain job is as follows:(1) Sensor nodes with the feature of their location is necessary are analyzed inthis paper. We proposed a method to complete localization, which take advantage of afew mobile beacon nodes to traverse the monitoring region with Specific path. Ifmeasuring the distance of communication radius of beacon nodes will be done, themethod can make most of sensor nodes receive multi-times useful locationinformation in a shorter time in case. Then they can calculate its own position makinguse of the trilateration algorithm or maximum likelihood estimation.(2) The design problem of the Superiority of using Probabilistic Coverage Modelwhich is better than0/1coverage model to estimate the distribution of nodes isinvestigated. And we proposed a method with the constraints of similar coverageprobabilities to divide nodes into groups. The method pursues the least count of thenodes groups, which can provide convenience to construct the optimization collectingpath.(3)A movement control policy based on probabilistic coverage model is designed. The policy aims at the shortest total distance of all fusion nodes move together. It can efficiently collect real-time data in the monitoring region. And it can reduce theoverheads for nodes moving excessively, prolong the network lifetime. Theexperimental results show that the moving control policy is simple and can beimplemented easily, which can satisfactorily resolve the network fluctuations impactbecause of the mobile feature of nodes. Only to layout few fusion nodes, the networkcan receive a higher coverage and data transmission success rate, and is very apply tomulti-layers mobile sensor networks...
