Ship's track marking system is an important output equipment for ship's navigation. Development and perfection of track marking system is an important aspect of modernization for navigation system.Existing track marking system can only mark ship's track, which cannot satisfy the needs yet today when ship industry has benn so advanced. This paper studies and designs a new kind of muti-object marking system which can not only mark ship's track but also mark ship's state information and the circumstance information around ship.Firstly,by studying the scheme of existing track marking system and the needs of muti-object marking system, the paper establishes the entire scheme of muti-object marking system, including system's frame, performing machine's choice and the system of hardware and software.Secondly, the paper detailedly designs the system's hardware frame, including the choice of servo motor and the design of pulse generating circuit and position sensor. Then, the paper designs muti-object system's software and its frame, and introduces software's running environment VxWorks OS.Thirdly, by establishing the system's math model, the paper gets the parameter of PID control, and the paper deeply studies Fuzzy control theory and designs muti-object marking system's Fuzzy-PID controller by combining the Fuzzy control and PID control. Additionally, the paper uses MATLAB to do a simulation of control system, and the result shows that with Fuzzy-PID control the system's static and dynamic performance has made a great enhance.Lastly, the paper designs the muti-object marking method, including the marking content and priority and the software and hardware's scheme.
