Management system for Control at gate and Checking-in faces towards integration, intellectualization networking and distribution along with computer technology and network echnique's fast development. But for small business and enterprises with dispersive working place, these universal Control at gate and Checking-in system spend much energy and resource at connection layout and debugging. This increase operational costs for enterprise which is not good for enterprise's development.This article designes Control at gate and Checking-in System based on GPRS and RFID. This system wittily adopt GPRS network using general packet radio service implement solid-drawn interface with Internet. It can do remote control and data transfer with Control at gate and Checking-in terminal as long as the Control at gate and Checking-in software running on PC on internet. At the same time, this system adopt radio frequency identification technology as control at gate and checking-in's identification approach which make control at gate management more secure and convenient.This article mostly achieve three task: first, Design of schematic diagram and PCB layout for Control at gate and Checking-in terminal is done . The drive for RFID, Lcd, Storage, GPRS communication, Serial communication is be done ; second, Checking-in Management software is achived which include check-in,GPRS communication and worker information query. At last,the whole system debugg and work state is tested.Through rebuilding for radio frequency card collection terminal of Control at gate and Checking-in System such as adding in different kinds of industrial sensor or incorporate different type of data acquisition terminal and upgrading the software, this system can transplant into different Application System such as self-servicemonitoredcontrol system , remote data collection or store management etc. These show extensive potential application which make this article more significant.
