The firm foundation of accelerating the industrialization of software engineering was established on the continuous improvement of the software process. Recently, with more focus on the software developing process, there come many new software process methodologies. Based on the analysis of CMM/TSP/PSP standards, this paper synthesized some feasible methods which are using in the CRT project. Following these methods, people can make a high quality software product within limited time and cost; collect testing data and process indicators which are used to direct and improve the future process and finally enhance the enterprise's software productivity. The research result of this topic can be done realistic and academic effort for the software industrialization and the further research of software engineering.The key results in this paper are showing as follows:1. The strategy that Chinese software enterprises used to improve the software process.2. Analyzed the relationship between CMM, TSP and PSP, and clarified the feasibility of the method.3. The practice of software process improvement.4. Designed the tool Speedflow that based on above methods.
