Research And Implementation Of Office Automation Based On B/S Mode

With the development of computer technology , network technology and communication technology,the progress of information is very rapid and furious.It is more and more rigid that technology of computer and network are used to deal with operations, to capture information, to share fountains and to manage work. For the sake of the fast efficient concurrent work environment and reducing office charge,many departments such as college, corporation and government have established office automation networks in correspondence with Office Automation system (OA).So OA system is widely used and rapidly developed.In this paper the system development background,the social demand and the key technology are mentioned firstly,then the design and implement of the OA system are mentioned.The hardware, software and database design are introduced with emphasis,the whole design is put forward and the function design of the system is given detailed description. In the part of system implementation, methods are introduced about how to implement each module of the system. Finally, an objective evaluation of the system is made by carrying out a comprehensive system testing, and a scheme of optimization is put forward considering the defects of the system detected in the testing in this thesis.This system had been used in the OA networks in Shannxi Post Bureau,which can realize the function of exchanging electric documents among OA systems and mail systems, and the information share between departments is realized.
