The Research And Implement Of Office Automation System Of Traffic Police

With the development of network communication technology and Internet, the concept of OA, or office automation is widely accepted. Modem OA means a comprehensive processing system consisted of such technologies and sciences as computer technology, communication technology, system science, behavior science, decision science, etc., which are connected via Internet. Modem OA integrates various functions, language, graphics, data, word processing together, provides efficiency and fast information flow. The article is to provide the concept of modem OA and introduce the new technologies involved. With personal experience of the OA system, both hardware and software, developed for Ji'an Traffic Police Bureau, I will provide a solution of OA system for city traffic police, which combines tone network, OA application and path monitoring network together. The efficient work of an OA system requires not only advanced technology and economic support, but also information management talents and relevant support of leaders from various classes.
