The Design And Implement Of Office Automation System Based On EOS

With the constantly advancing of IT Revolution,the Office Automation System(OAS) takes a rapid development.With in-depth of applications,OAS starts become integrated, intelligentand network direction; Meanwhile,it is hard to build all-purpose OAS.In fact, it is impossible to build such software systems because of the diversity of application environment and demands on government entity.Therefore, it is necessary to design OAS to be an agile information system that can accommodate governmental changes and development rapidly.It can realize system's rapid response according to the varieties of governmental requirements.Software development based on components is software development's current trend,and it improves the response speed to requirement varieties in development process because of component's plug/pull and encapsulation features.EOS(Enterprise Operation System)provides the application mechanism which faces component.For the hierarchy of new applicationn requirement ,the adjustment of operation flow,the operation regulation and information resource update,EOS can provide nicer support,and advance goverment's response ability to operation innovation and technology innovation.This thesis takes Office system in a research institute as background,first of all to define the componet's concept and features,introduce the component technology and component classification.Especially introduced three popularity implement model.This thesis analyzed behaveiours of EOS componets and XML data bus,summarized the development process of software based on EOS componets and designed it.Finally,This thesis detailed introduced the whole process of the office system based EOS,the office bulletin board management subsystem as an example.This system has improvements in many aspects compared with systems designed by traditional methods.It can respond system requirements variety quicklyand it is an agile,reusable and high-performance system.The design methods of this system provide a good idea for the construction of information system in government in future.Furthermore,when other OAS is developed,we can reuse components in this system,which will improve system's development efficiency.
