Nowadays, the loom' s developmental tendency is rapier and more intelligent, the position of shuttleless loom is more and more important, and how to develop advanced loom control system is an important project in current textile machine field. The control system of loom' s let-off and take-up is one of the keys of advanced loom control technology, it is also an important character of shuttleless loom. So it is very important to do research for the control system of loom' s let-off and take-up.This thesis is about the control system of loom' s let-off and take-up, and its aim is to keep the warp tension constant. The mainly research work is as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of principium and function of the system, a project solution which can fulfill the required control function at a comparatively low cost is proposed——constructing hardware platform based on S3C44B0 and constructing software platform based on uClinux.(2)Taking advantages of S3C44B0' s rich hardware resources, the hardware of system is designed. It contains circuit design of minimum system based on S3C44B0, circuit design of communication interface between slave machine (controls system of loom' s let-off and take-up) and master machine (loom control system), circuit design of detecting and sampling warp tension, circuit design of the drive interface of servo motor, circuit design of coder interface and so on.(3)Taking advantages of embedded operating system uClinux' s high real time and multiple tasks, the software of system is designed.●uClinux is transplanted to S3C44B0, based on the analysis of its character and function.●Boot loader is designed and implemented, based on the analysis of its function.●The Device Drive for project is designed and implemented. It contains device drive for serial port, device drive for A/D, device drive for IIC and so on.●Based on the understanding of loom' s technics, application program is designed. It contains control method module, communication module, data acquisition module and so on.(4)Describe the debugging process for the project in detail.This control system can keep warp tension constant and response fast with high precision. It is easy to eliminate start marks and other problems. This system can meet the need of advanced loom and is of utility value.
