With the trawl fishing has hold the dominant position in the capture fishery gradually,the requirements of the automation of the trawlboats are getting higher and higher,the performance impact on the fishing capacity and the production costs directly,and the measurement of the warp's tension is an important aspects of it.When the trawlboat is fishing,people can know the warp's tension at all times,and determine whether or not to give an alarm,which accords to the warp's tension,to make the trawlboat to slow down or stop.But because of the wind waves,obstacle or some other things,the measure of the warp's tension will be interfered,according to the statistics,these interference factors will make the warp's tension to change cyclical,such of the existence circumstances will cause the reading of the warp's tension discommodiously,which may result in the instantaneous overload,and leads to unnecessary alarm construction.The issue is studied in this article.Through analysis of the interference factors, giving a digital filtering algorithm to filter out the interference signal when measuring. Due to the low frequency of the interference signal,the traditional filters,such as Kalman filter,time-varying filter,first-order filter are very difficult to solve the problem,in this article,it puts forth an appropriate filtering algorithm,which accords to some changes to the classical amplitude filtering algorithm.Through the change of the two adjacent data collected by the tension sensor to determine whether the change of the steel's tension is caused by waves and wind,and giving different filtering criteria for different sea conditions.Using Visual Basic 6.0 as a software development platform,compile a software simulation of the algorithm,according to the simulation study of operation of trawl forward,drawing the net and putting the net,when the trawlboat go forward in constant speed,the change of the steel's tension most caused by the interference factor;when the trawlboat is drawing or putting the net,it most caused by the operation of machinery,through the simulation results to verify the feasibility and the applicability of the simulation,and simulation on different sea conditions that may arise on different problems,and put forward solutions.Finally,put forward the hardware design of the filter on the measure of warp's tension.According to the data conversion and transfer request,put forward the corresponding part of software.
