Access Network To The Information Transport Of Middle South Regional Air Traffic Control Of Civil Aviation

Civil aviation air traffic control management (ATM) normal issue includes severaltechnique applications, such as air traffic control surveillance radar, VHF communication,aeronautical telegram and air traffic control hot line. All of these technique applications needthe support of telecommunication. The access network of the telecommunication of ATMbecome the most importantist point of civil aviation development. So far, thetelecommunication network of ATM of civil aviation is developing, especially to the accessnetwork which deal with many aspect and have complex structure. It is necessary to researchand adjust and upgrade the access network of ATM of the Middle Southern area of China(MSAC).This paper research the adjustment and upgrade of MSAC.This paper is begin from the research of the ATM information which needs to transmit. Itanalyzes the characteristic and the requirement of ATM information one by one, such as radar,VHF etc. Then it realizes the developments and changes of the transport of ATM information.It pays attention to the evolvement of the access network of ATM of MSAC, on another handit pays anttention to the demand of the transport of ATM information. Through concretelyanalyse the demand of the access network of ATM of MSAC, it accordingly works out thelayout of the access network of ATM of MSAC.So, according to the the idea of the layout ofthe access network of ATM of MSAC, it forms the elementary scheme.At last, considering theactual circumstance, thinking of the safty and the structure of the telecommunication networkof ATM MSAC, it optimizes the elementary scheme and works out the final scheme fordesign and build the access network of ATM of MSAC.To ensure the practice of the final scheme, the article describes the test of the equipmentfor design.According to the result of the test, it recite the feasibility of the equipment fordesign and give the answer of some problem, such as the echo and the tail voice.The flow amount of the air traffic of MSAC is one of the most in china. It is a goodreferrence of infrastructure of the access network of ATM for the people who work for theATM of the other area.
