| Nowadays, with the increasing of high-rise buildings in the city, many people’s daily lifeand work cannot do without the elevator which is a special transport. When people enjoy theconvenience of using elevators, also carries the risk of it may bring. As a result, people aremore concerned with the security of elevator. The conventional methods of elevator safetyevaluation are mostly based on experience and intuitive judgment, which belongs to thequalitative judgment, they have some disadvantages. So how to evaluate an elevator’s safetygrade scientifically and quantificationally is always the hot topic of research in the field ofelevator safety. In addition, how to use the safety evaluation method in a perfect way, let itserves more elevator maintainers, has a very important significance.This paper presents an evaluation criterion of elevator safety grade through theinvestigation in Shenyang Bluelight Group, discussing issues with elevator engineers andquestionnaire survey in a plot. This paper mainly studies how to use the evaluation criterion todesign an expert system, makes the use more convenient and expands the range of sharingknowledge. In order to improve the range of knowledge, the first thought is the network.Therefore, this paper studies a new development method of web-based expert system. Jess is arule-based reasoning expert system shell based on Java, the paper analyzes the maincharacteristics of Jess and mainstream Web development technology, gives the Web-basedexpert system development approach of embedding Jess into Java Web program, which gives aprofessional tool for the development and makes the development process more efficiently.The development approach including how to use Jess library on java, how to use JavaBean onJess and Java, how to operate the Jess working memory on Java by calling Jess function, howto capture errors by using JessException, as well as how to customize Jess input and output inorder to meet the requirements of application.Finally, an elevator safety quality grade evaluation expert system has been designed byusing the methods this paper presents, which is known as the evaluation criterion of elevatorsafety grade based on historical fault data, and the development method of web-based expertsystem. The system mainly includes the elevator safety evaluation module, user managementmodule, history data view module, etc. Normal operation of the system proves the feasibilityand effectiveness of the new method. |
