With the rapid development of Internet technology, the growing user and data backup to the existing network technology has brought many challenges. Client / server model of distributed backup technology is facing a rapid expansion of demand for storage capacity, resources and access to low speed, data storage limitations and the dangers of a larger range of issues. With the informatization of the armed forces of the rapid development of the current military command automation network, data backup, is also facing the same challenge.Under the current system, network backup problems faced by more and more prominent at the same time, the computer network bandwidth, system-end computing power, storage capacity but there has been a fundamental change in the original neglected end user devices has become a valuable Resources. The rise of P2P technology to make full use of these resources may be, but also to address the existing network backup system to provide new ways and solutions. How to make full use of these end users, end user devices to play the value of research in recent years become a hot spot, and this paper is to explore the main issues.In order to meet the military chain of command automation and networking needs of the special characteristics Constructing a certain scalability, high security, fault tolerance, as well as some of the data backup space, this article has designed a new centralized P2P network backup system. System through the central server to preserve the various nodes of the network address and share information resources, to provide users with search and inquiry services. Users to search through the landing server directory server to share resources, to quickly find the necessary resources, information, and then back up and share files of the node to connect, share transfer documents.The system has the following features: First, the important message is no longer focused on the data stored on a central server, but scattered in the backup system in all nodes, the system of greater security upgrade. The second is to reduce the pressure on the central server to store the system's total storage capacity of the system by adding all the backup node shared by the sum of storage capacity, the more users, more sharing of resources rich in the greater storage space. Third, give full play to the system of the computer nodes, as well as the role of technology in the P2P file exchange areas, transfer the backup file-sharing users, the more the faster transmission speed. System has been designed to also put forward some new ideas, such as: a central server to back up the idea, that is, based on certain criteria, will have a higher value of sharing military files in a central server for backup.
