It researched a lot of different parts in the network data backup system, such as the concept of backup, backup strategy, and backup storage technology. At the same time, introduces the mainstream backup techniques, including the file-based backup and the block-based backup, and has carried on the comparative analysis of two kinds of technique; Aiming at the existing problem of the file-level backup, this paper put forward improvement methods; Basis on the analysis of backup technology and the improvement level-file backup, the paper introduces the main function of this article file-level backup system; Then was the analysis and design of network data backup system as a whole, system is mainly based on the TCP/IP protocol make computers to communicate with each other in the network, and to achieve the purpose of file data transfer, the technology of network data transfer involved in the backup process is described in this paper, then is the design and implementation of the backup client and the backup server, also did an analysis of the results of the backup systems; Finally, the paper gave a summary of the full text and an outlook of the future.
