Design And Implementation Of File Automatic Backup System

Sudden power failure,virus,hardware damage,misoperation and natural disasters may cause the loss of important data,so it is necessary to backup data in time.At present,there are some backup software,but almost all of them focus on specific application scenarios and have some problems in diversity,security and ease of use.As far as we know,there is no such tool which provides various backup methods and supports backup plan.This research synthesizes the advantages of the commonly used backup software,integrates multiple backup methods such as disk backup,P2P file transmission,FTP file uploading and downloading,designs an automatic file backup system based on backup plan.This system supports appropriate backup methods according to the different kinds of data,which can avoid the traditional cumbersome operations of backup.This research describes the design and implementation of the key modules such as backup plan,P2P file transmission and FTP backup.Task plan and mail notification are created in backup plan.The former can run backup tasks periodically and the latter is used to send email notifications on backup exceptions.A data encryption and decryption mechanism based on AES and RSA algorithms is designed to enhance the security of data and avoid the leakage of data.An integrated automatic file backup system is built,which realizes the unified management of backup tasks and improves backup efficiency.This system can satisfy various backup scenarios and meet the backup requirements of different kinds of data such as ordinary data,important data and private data.Users can customize personalized backup tasks by choosing appropriate backup methods and setting various parameters of task plan,file encryption and mail notification.
