Design And Implementation Of The Teaching Document Management System For Huaihua University

With the development of computer technology, network communication technology, database technology's application in the field of education, the educational administration is facing to tremendous changes, some new academic management tools such as online classes, online student management, has gradually become a strategic choice in Chinese education development, at the same time, it plays a particularly important role throughout the whole teaching procedures. With the deeper development of educational administration, the Huaihua University administrators eager to establish a perfect teaching document management systems, which is free from the constraints of time and space and can timely and accurately feedback some information in the teaching process, moreover, it is able to maximize the complexity of the senate to regulate the collect information, efficient handling, storage and reasonable, fast delivery, easy, and other inquiries.In response to this demand, this thesis studies the designment and realization of the teaching document management system based on Microsoft .NET framework, so that it can make the teaching document management work more scientific, standard and automatic.The main work of the thesis and the results are as follows:①Comprehensive use of computer network technology, management information systems and software engineering ways and the choice of technical programs achievements and the determination of their development environment.②Studies on the key technologies of the system: RU_RBAC access control technology, dynamic navigation tree technology, technical documentation and on-line interactive session state management techniques.③The designment of the teaching document management system for Huaihua University, determination of the physical structure of the system, the system software architecture and the designment of database systems and securities, and designment of the six models based on UML.④The use of ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET data access technology and C# programming language to realize some functional models, such as the user management, bulletin, log management, schedule management, document management and so on.After the system Implementation and deployment in Huaihua University, according to the users'feedback, it realized the requirement, fulfilled the goal, received the praise of users.
