Commodity concrete production field is fast developing with the quick development of Chinese capital construction industry. The scale of production enterprises becomes larger. Multi-station and multi-production-lines instead of one production line are adopted in these enterprises. The cooperation and scheduling of each station and production lines in these stations becomes the key issue of improving the global reaction speed and efficiency. The conveyance location system based on GPS enables the integration of the production scheduling system and the vehicles management system, and establishes an information-based and intelligent enterprise production management system.This paper investigated an information management system colligated corporation management, production scheduling and vehicles management of modern commodity concrete production enterprises. The information service system based on SOA meets the requirements of interacting information among difference manufacturers in one enterprise, ensuring the maximal generality and compatibility of the system.First, this paper introduced the function of commodity concrete system based on GPS, the present development condition of GPS enables, its advantages and disadvantage. And according to the situation of the commercial manufacturer and its demands, a study is made in the text that it is possible for GSP enables is applied for the vehicle dispatching and commanding system in the commercial concrete manufacturer. Secondly, the design idea and request were described, and the design scheme and technical request were presented. By addressing the function, capability, and characteristic of this scheme, the functions required in the system are made a very detailed description, accordingly, the design targets are set up based on the practical application and key points in the system defined, and the final targets to be realized in the software and hardware offered. Thirdly, on the grounds of analysis of the design scheme and design idea in the system, we define the selection of the database and establishment of complete database model including establishment of database schedules and Interco relation between schedules and the like. Finally, the paper expressed the system structure of assignment server and implementation method. The server includes GPS information collection model, assignment distribution model, management information transfer model, solution schemes of difference manufacturers, and general raw and processed materials management system. The selection of communications among components in the system are analyzed and a complete communication agreement is established.The stability and reliability of the system have been proved according to the investigation and experiments. The software production with complete independent intellectual property right have been developed and applied in practical projects, with good reputation from our customers.
