Campus cable Broadcasting has a history of decades. Nowadays, lots of colleges have installed fully developed cable system in campus. Campus radio plays an irreplaceable role in colleges, as it is a very important tool to promote teaching, scientific research, the propaganda of meetings, campus culture, entertainment, and other activities.As domestic colleges and universities merge and expand in recent years, some colleges situated far away are merged into one, and some colleges build new school campuses. The distance between different locations of campus incurs difficulty to traditional school broadcasting, as the geographical limitations make it impossible to link all the broadcasting systems in different campus together directly. Thus campus cable system can not operate simultaneously, or conduct real-time broadcasting, or make remote control to its broadcasting equipment, which caused much inconvenience to campus cable broadcasting.Fortunately, as we have campus internet system in different campuses, we can form a broadcasting control system of data transmission and remote control in internet and link all the cable broadcasting systems of different geographical campuses to a unified central control platforms. Then the problems will be resolved.In thesis paper, to satisfy the practical needs, I make a systematic study of the overall structure of the system design and all related software modules, and make an analysis on the software and hardware of the key modules.In thesis paper, I finish the software part of the system by Borland Delphi, accomplish time calibration and synchronization by using GPS receiver module to receive the UTC Time calibration and by Internet to realize the simultaneity, and succeed the power switch control by the output control signals through the serial and the SCM additional control circuits of the broadcasting equipment.The system will greatly facilitate the simultaneous cable broadcasting of a college with various campuses. Meanwhile, the system can also be used to enterprises with a number of subsidiaries. Therefore, the system does enjoy a bright prospect.
