The database is SQL SERVER2003.My research tries to solve the key problems in several aspects, which can be found in the EPMS.Firstly, the author chooses the independent management flat and makes full use of advanced system management. The ". NET" and SQLServer2000 are also used in the article. The author unites the characteristic of computer, operating system and database to optimize the system structure and improve the system performance.Secondly, the author choose the designing of working progress, which make the software system be closer to the real office work and be easier to be used.Thirdly, the author uses the blocking structure in this article. Every block has an independent mission and serves the other blocks' need. The design of parameter drive is used to prepare for the future development in some changeable issues and items.Fourthly, the monitoring computer has the function of real time monitoring and can be used to alarm and pre-alarm in the processing progress and system resource, which to improve the system credibility.
