Design And Implementation Of Petrochemical IC Card Project Operation & Maintenance Management System

Nowadays in Sinopec, Oil sales have been administrated through Oil IC Card Project. Correspondingly, Sinopec Shandong, one of the branches of Sinopec, deploys the Oil IC Gas Project throughout the whole province.Along with the constant expanding of IC card system scale and the increasing of operation and management networks.it is discovered that the current operation and management mechanism of IC card project in the information maintenance and administration department of Sinopec Shandong can no longer meet the business demands. An original IC card system is needed urgently, which should bear the following advantages: standardized workflow; high efficiency and strong effectiveness. Meanwhile, the new IC card system should have statistics compiling function and can offer abundant information support for manifold jobs such as maintenance, management and evaluation. Furthermore, it can offer leaders a better and comprehensive management system for decision-making.In this thesis, the main research work is conducted on the designing and implementation of an IC card operation and maintenance management system with advantages mentioned above after the analyses of the process of the whole management system.The management system developed in this thesis guides the users to put forward their requests and to proceed demand research according to the procedure of petrochemical IC card operation and maintenance management. Moreover, this system also integrates manifold business from every module inside and builds business modeling under the standards of business process. Furthermore, with the help of MVC technique, the author also develops a new approach to realize the exploitation of the IC card operation and maintenance management system in the aspect of software development.The emphasis of this thesis is to introduce the development and implementation of IC card project operation and maintenance management system. Firstly, more importance is attached on the analyses of function, proceeding and performance of the malfunction subsystem. Then on the basis of the demand analysis, the author accomplishes the general design and detailed design of the whole system and particularly designs of the malfunction subsystem. Finally, the thesis comprehensively introduces the method to develop IC card project operation and maintenance management system design pattern combined with J2EE technique in the framework of struts.
