"City all-in-one-card" is a new concept that be proposed along with the rapid development of the "e-commerce" technology and the increasingly mature payment method, for example "electronic money". It is to various industries of urban public utilities to unify, adopt consistent payment, convenient public consumption, improve the working efficiency of the operators. In certain areas, residents or tourists only hold a piece of IC card,can achieve identity authentication, consumption pay, storage all kinds of information and so on, to get "a card in hand, the overall target of unconcerned" of life. This topic of ShengLi oilfield"all-in-one-card"management system study involved"all-in-one-card"management , comprehensive analysis of management method and mode , explore the ideas of the construction of the"all-in-one-card"management informatization.April 2008, ShengLi oilfield in order to improve the status quo of the community management , as the solution to worker masses event "people's livelihood" key project - officially launched the ShengLi oilfield"all-in-one-card"program. June 2010, card circulation breakthrough 20 million copies. As continuously increasing, and card management contradictions more and more prominent, build a professional card management platform become imperative.This thesis mainly introduced all the process of construction of ShengLi oilfield all-in-one-card management system involved of requirements analysis, design and development. The Full text is divided into the introduction, related key technology introduction, system requirement analysis, system design and implementation, and conclusion five parts. Introduction of this project mainly introduced development background, aims and the current situation and problems of all-in-one-card management in ShengLi oilfield;System requirements analysis is introduced through careful research summary demand analysis conclusion; System design and realization introduces system design guiding ideology and objectives, system structure, parts of the system function module design and implementation; Conclusion is summarizes review.This system has running in ShengLi oilfield all-in-one-card management center for 3 months after commissioning. The system administrators have trained and already can accomplish the system maintenance .From the opening to now, card circulation has more than doubled, to more than 40 million copies, system stand the test and operation in good condition, reached the expected design goal, obtained the ShengLi oil field manager's praise.
