It is made up by many parts included the basic information management, setting wages, personnel management, salary management, system management, tools and so on . The Personnel Management System can be used smoothly in the Jinan City Radio & Television Bureau.With understanding the actual work needs of the Jinan City Radio & Television Bureau, considering the economic and technological conditions, the system took the pre-survey analysis. It designed the relational database, giving full consideration to the feasibility, necessity, possibility.
