With the rapid development of mobile industry, our mobile network management technology can not adapt to the growing demand for network. So the existing network management systems need to expand their capacity to satisfy the needs of network management users. In the course of the project of expanding CDMA capacity of Tianjin Unicom Company, network management systems using data from CORBA interface, and this program is better than Q3 interface. It must introduce the CORBA standard interface to complete the transmission of data between the network management systems and multi-vendor's network node. So, we design a management system based on CORBA interface will bring more revenue in the field of the maintenance of the mobile network management, and the system can ensure the robustness of the procedures.In order to design a configure management system based on data collected technology of CORBA, the paper covered the following aspects:Firstly, it gives a brief introduction on the structure and the characteristics of CORBA interface. We analyse some advantages of CORBA interface from variues of aspects and the constraction between CORBA and Q3 interface. And then, according to the need of the network management system, it introduces a standard framework of CORBA and a construction of ORB which is the core of the CORBA.To design some programs of data acquisition technology from CORBA, we have to refine its internal, including the design process of the whole system of CORBA, the design of ORB which is the core of CORBA, and the program of IDL and IOR which are internal parts of CORBA. According to the actual demand, the paper chooses the network management system from CORBA access, and gives the design examples of data acquisition module and analysis of parametric of CORBA interface, and the process of obtaining the configured information from CORBA interface.As the designed system and achievement of configured network management based on data acquisition technology from CORBA and the contrasted analysis of agent model of CORBA and Q3, we have to refine its internal parts, including the design of function modules, the environment of hardware and software, the structure of the data flow information, the design of this system's database and the relationship of calling class, and the achievement of module of acquisition, analysision, storage and summary.Finally, we analysed the synchronization of configuration data and the technology of timing report, and the application tests of network management configuration system used on M2000 equipment and the tested results. As analyzing the Algorithm of slot and link with one trunk model, we optimized the acquisition and storage of the system to meet the management demand furtherly.
