| Virtual Instruments have been widely used as a new kind of instruments in the field of auto measurement.VISA is a standard I/O interface of VXI plug&play systems alliance, with extension, standardization, modularization and inter-operation. This thesis discusses the designing of the VISA software system based on the IEEE1394 interface according to the VPP4.3 regulation.This thesis has four parts.The first part introduces the logic model of the VXI measurement system and presents the main task of the design. The second part describes the resource and standard of the VISA based on the VPP4.3 and the NI-VISA.Then the third part discusses the design of the resource manager, VISA dynamic link library and the bottom I/O device driver. Finally, the last part describes the testing and application of the VISA library.Referring to the existing Embeded VISA library, the thesis defines the VISA architecture model with the 1394 interface and designs the VISA software system, which supplies a software platform for the VXI auto measurement system of our nation. |
