Design And Development Of Dynamic Performance Test Platform For Hydraulic System

Because of the smart structure, flexible configuration and easy to transport and control, the hydraulic transmission system has been widely used in metallurgy, ship, airplane, car, construction machine, industry equipment, lubricate system and so on. The dynamic performance of hydraulic system affects the whole construction's performance. So the research deeply affects the product's performance test, design and optimize, diagnose of the faults and so on.Based on the major project"Exploitation on Dynamic Performance of Test Platform for Hydraulic System in Construction Machinery", we design the dynamic performance test platform for the construction machinery which as the first modularization, multi-interface and general used system. The test system is constituted of three parts: the hydraulic oil system, the hydraulic system, the computer test and control system.Considering the acquisition amounts, the host-low structure is used in the computer test and control system for realizing the different variable controlling and acquisitions of data. The host computer can realize 32 channels'asynchronous analog signal's acquisition, 8 channels synchronization signal's acquisition, and 4 channels analog signal's control. The lower system can directly controls the temperature, pressure, flux, rotate speed and so on. It has been used widely and conveniently.Based on the LabVIEW8.0 platform, it developed the communication module, remote control module, the system calibration module, note module, dynamic testing module, and data analyze module. The experiments approve the test system credibility and stabilization. It mainly realizes the control of load pressure, the system calibration, real-time acquisition, data analyze and so on, it also can complete the remote control of the flux, rotate-speed, load-pressure, and the temperature.Lots of dynamic performance tests have done in this hydraulic system, it can realize those functions as following:1,The function of data acquisition, the show of the graph and the data analyze and so on;2,The function of dynamic load control and simulate load testing;3,The function of test with the constant temperature, the high temperature, the temperature rise, the change of rotate speed, the torque change and so on;4,The function of dynamic performance test on a part of the hydraulic component, including the pump, the valve, the vat, the high pressure pipe, the filter, the cooling system, and the heater;5,The function of the movement and the dynamical performance testing on the different execute machine.This research has acquainted the country's check and acceptance, as the guidance on the development of general hydraulic dynamic test system, and provided a useful assure for the construction machinery hydraulic system even to the real machine, and the general condition for the simulation research.
