In this thesis, the object for research is a missile launching devices for simulation. This thesis focuses on the dynamic characteristics of the mobile launch platform when it's impacted. Mechanical system and hydraulic control system of the impacting machine are designed according to the relevant theoretical knowledge of mechanical design and virtual prototyping technology. By Comprehensive using of multi-body system dynamics theory and Co-simulation technology between mechanica and hydraulic, dynamics model of the simulation test-bed wth mechanical and hydraulic system for impacting is established. On this basis, virtual prototype software is used to carry dynamics simulation of the impacting test apparatus. It should focusing the vibration characteristics of the test platform under a variety of support models, which by comparative analysising results especially the displacement, acceleration and the acceleration of vibration spectrum characteristics.The major research contents are as follows:①According to the design requirements, the design scheme of a impacting test machine is put forward, which included mechanical and hydraulic system.②The three-dimensional entity model of the impacting test machine is built by using SolidWorks.Multi-rigid-body system model with mechanical and hydraulic system is built, by using ADAMS/View module and ADAMS/Hydraulics module, Dynamic simulation of the impacting test apparatus with different support ways is carried out based on finished model. Based on the results, comparative analyses are made for the vibration of the impacting test apparatus plate.③Based on the multi-rigid-body system dynamics model, the bogie is translated from rigid body to flex body,by using ANSYS software, while the jack cylinders are flexible processed by using ADAMS/AutoFlex. And thus the of impacting test apparatus rigid-flexible coupling system dynamics model is established and then carried dynamics simulation, which analyse is carried by comparing the results and the multi-rigid-body's results The results of simulation and analysis lay solid academic foundation for the system design of the impacting test apparatus.
