Design And Realization Of Web-based Municipal Health Inspection MIS

With the forthcoming Information Age, Office software is growing at a tremendous pace. Especially the new-type office software, in which the network technique is adopted, contributes to increase our working efficiency. The Web-based Municipal Health Inspection MIS that is mentioned in this article is just a representative application of this network technique and OA technique in Health Inspection domain. As a typical example of the application of computer technique in professional field, the methods of its design and modelling do provide us with good experience and reference.The main contents which the Paper investigates are as follow: On the basis of the pertinent technology in analyzing the information System development method,the architecture,the dynamical interact in web,and the database that the study of electronics governmental affairs involved,the workflow management architecture of the Health Inspection MIS is proposed aiming at the practical requirements. This paper gave the function construction of the Health Inspection MIS and total realization model based on workflow,analyzed in very great detail the main function modules about guiding work tasks among various apartments and various personnel, doing daily writ input/output job and accomplishing information intercommunication between municipal and intersectional Health Inspection units, etc. And based on the structure of browser/server(B/S) and the technique of ASP,it implemented a Health Inspection MIS. It studied the technique of information safety including digital encryption,digital signature,digital summary etc. And it established a safely mutual platform for handling the government document in formation,realized certification authorization to customer,increased the safety of the system. The circumstance of the system testing proved that the system operates well and it has achieved the expectable target goodly.
