| The teachers'professional title evaluation carries on every year in the university, so it is an urgent need for title evaluation management department to establish a system which can improve the efficiency of the teacher professional title evaluation. The paper analysis and researches the current work of the teachers'professional title evaluation, describes the recent the progress of the professional title evaluation work in the colleges and universities , puts forward the necessity of designing and developing the system, and detailed analysis the functional requirements of the teachers'professional title evaluation system which bases on Web service, including user management, assessment management and data management , and describes how to achieve the various functions, and designs the data access .When we check the correctness of the data information from the user ,we need use the data of the scientific research, academic and personnel departments, and how to share the data is the key to achieve the higher automation level and improve the efficiency of professional title evaluation system, so we use Web services technology to meet the system requirements of calling the information in the other systems. The system adopts the configurable method, which stores review and score standard in the configurable file.When the system determines and stores the users'qualifications which are decied by the database, it will configure the review and the score standard, freely instead of modifying the program frequently, so the system has high flexibility and maintainability. |
