With the rapid improvement of standard living,Normal DVD player cannot satisfy customer requirement of function variety.According to saturation of normal DVD player market,market starves for new products to satisfy customer requirement.With the Portable DVD player and RW DVD player's production,a new increase point of DVD player market appears.This controller is designed for these new type DVD players.It is not only compatible with the functions of old controller,but also increases few instructions,remote control receive decode,and power control function for DVD player standby mode.First,the basic function,feature,and working theory of this circuit are introduced. Second,the basic knowledge of VFD(Vacuum Fluorescent Display) and the special design for circuit drive ports are described.And then,with simulation waves,whole circuit is described.Finally,sub-circiuts are detailed described.Some sub-circuits are included,such as SPI interface circuit,instruction system circuit,remote control receive circuit.The design of this circuit has been finished.The Die Size is 26101am x 1900μm.In order to verify design results,the chips are packaged for test.The measure results show that the chip can work successfully.The functions and the basic parameter values match circuit design requirements.
