With the progress of modern industry, computer network and multimedia, thetechnology of image processing has been developed explosively. The CADtechnology is day by day mature, already wide spread application to domain andso on, aviation, astronautics, automobile, shipbuilding, machinery, light industry, textile, electronic, electric appliance, building and engineering design. This topichas conducted the thorough discussion and the comparison to the AutoCADsecond-development method and completes to the computer-aided design work ofthe water conservation specialized embankment.First, this article introduced the research background and theoretic base, inview of embankment design completion of work line style and designdevelopment, menu development; realized to the AutoCAD function transfer, socommonly used chart element parameters and put these chart element in gallery. As you needs, the related chart element can be transfer from gallery according tothe menu. This kind enormously enhanced the cartography efficiency using theparameter chart element assembling cartography method. In the article narrative the interface between the DXF, script document andsenior language, to the embankment was proposed the concrete transfer function. In view of visual Auto LISP, Object ARX and VBA three kinds of differentdevelopment tools, undertake the concrete searched and compared. IntroducedAutoCAD environment used the VBA tools and the ActiveX technique, make theembankment procedure development used key technique and the process. This topic has more practical. It plays certainly pushes the role to the waterconservation specialized and its related project field.
