The rapid development of the remote monitor and control technology is the results of the applications of computer science, informatics and communication technologies in this area. For the time being,the system mainly focuses on modern communication technology. It organizes the software and hardware structures reasonably, and then enables the operators to get all the information of the equipments quickly and operate the min time through the communication network.The thesis takes the research of remote monitoring and diagnosis system for large industry compressor as example. Based on the analysis of existing structure of remote monitoring system, a project which combines GPRS communication network and Internet is presented, and the embedded system made up of DSP chip is further chosen to realize the data transfer terminal of remote monitoring system.First of all,the monitoring data of compressor state is analyzed to determine encoding method. For relative large volume of vibration signal data, this thesis presents a means of data compression that is to combine spectrum analysis and wavelet transform. The feasibility of this method is proved by comparing the simulation and the actual signals.After studied the structure and working principium of TMS320F2812 DSP and GPRS module MC39i, a hardware platform of data transfer unit on remote monitoring system based on DSP and GPRS module is designed in this paper. According to software and hardware characters of DSP and working principle of GPRS network, embedded RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱand TCP/IP stack uIP are transplanted and established three major task modules, which include equipment data collection and A/D transfer, data coding and management, and data transmitting module, are built up based on it. Method of combining wavelet transforms and spectrum analysis is discussed in data disposal module and compress data through this method. During data transferring, MC39i device driver is developed and TCP/IP network protocol software is transplanted on DSP, which is necessary on network communication.At last, the system is experimented on screw compressors, in Wuxi compressor Co. Ltd. Results show that the data transfer unit can efficiently collect and transfer data, proving the validity and practicability of the remote monitoring system. |
