Second, we will introduce several key groups of media reformation in Taiwan.In such adverse circumstances, many pioneers who know that our media environment needs to be changed started the activities of media reformation. And then, the issue of media publicization became a big issue in the field. More and more official organizations and folk groups pay much attention to it. When Public Television Service builds up in Taiwan, many people follow it with interests because the mass hopes to see it do something great to change the reality. Unfortunately, ten years goes by, we still seeing nothing happened, the problems of media seems worse than before. What is the problem? This is the question we need to figure out.The thesis also makes detail statements of Public journalism theory analysis and practice. According to these statements, we can observe whether the activities of Taiwan publicization are fine or not. In addition, we will discuss all the Public Television Service's operation, results, difficulties, and visions. On top of that, we will also point out the development of many countries' PTS to be the comparisons of Taiwan PTS.
