Objectivity is an important journalism theory, and is the core content of professional journalism. Objectivity is the social construction and discourse system. However, in China News Field, objectivity reveals itself in a fragmented form."field" is introduced into objectivity, and news practical activities is investigated in the framework of social control and news production. It is based and focused fully on the interaction between internal and external forces.News field has close-knit logic and operating procedures, unique values and rules of the game, providing their own exchange mechanism. System is full of tension and conflict. Press practitioners in news field are the puppets manipulated by market structure. Under interaction with the power of media, leading culture, bureaucratic management, organization retraining are increasingly strengthened, and news practitioners are incorporated and domesticated. They are controlled by organization system. As a result, objectivity is with power-prints.In the competition of social capital, news field is interfered by external pressures. Under constraints both from politics and economy, media in China own dual figures, economy "capper" and political "child bride". Furthermore, multi-adjustments, and compromise, finally lead to aberrance, far different from traditional objectivity. In addition, peer competition and industry standards also bring heavy pressure to media, plus inside and outside conflict, the objectivity develops difficultly.The paper showed that the objectivity reveals itself in a fragmented form. In order to enhance the objectivity, there is still a long way for news practitioners to go. The paper raised ways to strengthen the objectivity. First, to improve the objectivity, the most important is that news practitioners enhance self-discipline and responsibility. Second, reports should be operated according to the norms, with solid interviews, serious writing, and strict guarding. Third, the media establishes mechanism and system to restrain practitioners. Fourth, set up journalistic ethics committees and trade associations to monitor news practitioners. Finally, strengthen links between school and media.
