Based on this, the construction plan, design method and the expansion plan for the design of the net-cell is discussed according to the facts of the TJCNC.Secondly, the SIB implementing the intelligent business is presented for the intelligent network. Different kind of business can be supported by flexible combination of the SIB. In the meantime, the next generation of the integrated intelligent network (eg. 3G and other switch network platform) is discussed with the illustration of the theory and the method of the implementation as while as the trend of the evolution of the integrated intelligent network.
