Spacecraft projects are characterized by large-scale, long-lifecycle, and multi-development-manufacturer. In recent years, with the increasing demand and investment in the aerospace field, the activities of the spacecraft research and development has increased significantly, with the complexity and difficulty increased dramatically. In the fields of spacecraft project management, the intern department has deep exploration and optimization. The intern department designed and developed the engineering and scientific computing of the multidisciplinary application platform, based on the spacecraft development mode and demand.The project plan management system is an important part of the platform. Based on the traditional management mode of scientific research activities, combined with information technology, this paper study the schedule management of spacecraft project. Networking and Digitalized of the project plan information are the archives of this paper, the plan information is available for all levels of people in different places. With the scientific allocation of resouces, closed-loop management of the plan items and the quantitative of the working intensive, the efficiency of plan management increases significantly in the intern department.After the introduction of the actual needs of the project plan management system.7 modules are classified as "plan uploading ”, “ personal planning management”, “plan approval and confirmation”, “plan reminding”, “plan querying”, “user and rights management”, “workload assessment and intelligent redeployment”, according to the functional demands. The system is aimed to realize the functions including distribute and export the plans layer by layer, verify plans by rules, query plan information in real-time, get early warning of the urgent plans, assess task workload by month, intelligently redeploy the plans, confirm the plan, initiate/approve/track the ajustments of the plans, basic information management, etc. Then introduces the system’s overallarchitecture and the related technologies, and according to the sub module functional description to complete the database design. At the last, the paper introduces the implementation and test of sub modules of the plan management system.This system is based on the Java EE architecture and B/S structure, developed by Eclipse as IDE, My SQL as DBMS, Tomcat as WEB server. This system makes full use of the MVC design pattern, realizes the division of functions of the system.SVN is used as code management software in the development process for effectivecoordination in the development of different developers.The system is deployed, tested and runs well and can meet the needs of the users.
