With the development of human science and technology,people are paying more attention to more effective lifestyles,daily shampoo is one of them.Especially for barber shop,it's very important to reduce the labor intensity and in the meantime provide more effective high-quality service.In recent years,some automatic machines are designed,but they are not well-applied on market due to various shortcomings.Thus this paper designs a new style automatic hair-washing robot to fill in the blanks,the main contents are as follows:First of all,the movements characteristic equation is extracted by analyzing the hair-washing process;the working space of hair-washing robot is calculated by referring GBT 2428 Head-face dimensions of adults national standard;A supine type and ring arm contact cleaning scheme is determined after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of shampoo posture and cleaning schemes.Then,the validity of this scheme is verified and the technical specifications are summed up by conducting some experiments.Secondly,according to mechanical design theory,the main structure of the hair-washing robot and the key parts are designed based on aforementioned scheme and technical specifications.Then the 3D model is created in NX8.5 environment.Thirdly,the virtual prototype of the hair-washing robot is established.The dynamic simulation is accomplished by ADAMS2013 and the kinematics simulation is accomplished by NX8.5.And the results of the simulations verify the reliability and practicability of the hair-washing robot.Finally,an automation control scheme is proposed.Two kinds single chip microcomputers are chosen to set up the hardware system of the hair-washing robot.LM3S615 is selected as the main control chip that drives the stepping motors by PWM control technique;STMF103ZET6 is selected as the main control chip that drives dc motors.Then,the model selection of cooperated auxiliary unit such as sensors and solenoid valves are accomplished.
